This is a magnificent 4,200 square foot home situated on a one acre property in north-central Scottsdale not far from the 101 Freeway between Cactus and Shea.
The 4 bedroom and 3 bath Villa Cortez is fully stocked and prepared to spoil the entire family from the moment you enter the private circular drive with the total Dish Network satellite package, the fastest high speed wireless internet, the softest high quality linens and towels, outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, refrigerator, TV and Keg and outdoor dining under the 1000 square foot terrace near the heated pool.
The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, two sinks, all built-in appliances and large center island is an entertainer's dream. All bathrooms have been upgraded with granite and high end fixtures. Some have argued that the master bathroom made them feel like they were at a resort spa and is actually one of the highlights of their stay at Villa Cortez. To each their own!
My personal preference is the wide open floor plan of the main living area with room for the whole family overseen by the kitchen and formal dining area. Those enjoying the pool table can even see the bigscreen TV mounted above the fireplace from the game room.
